How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Noresort Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Noresort Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@noresort.homes and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached out to us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
